Don't you love how the people hosting cooking shows are always a step ahead of you saying things like "and here's one we made earlier".
Well I have some of those too.

I made a cake that looks like a Viking ship for a friend of mine.
It was stuffed with chocolate whipped cream and pears.

And look...
Not everything has to be screaming innovation.
Sometimes the classics are the classic for a reason.
 

This is a whipped cream delight covered with white marzipan.

Big or small.
These bite size treats are awesome.
Dark chocolate.
